CleanWipe only removes Symantec software, such as Symantec Endpoint Protection.While CleanWipe can remove older installations of Symantec Endpoint Protection, you should not use an older version of CleanWipe to remove a newer version, as this action can have unexpected results. You should always use the latest version of the CleanWipe removal tool to uninstall Symantec Endpoint Protection.You should only use CleanWipe as a last resort when the usual uninstallation methods are unsuccessful. Follow the steps to create installation media, and then select Finish. Select USB flash drive, and then select Next. Choose a language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit), and then select Next. Broadcom Support does not recommend using CleanWipe the first time you have uninstallation trouble. Select Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC, and then select Next.
